Facilities available at the villa include a private swimming pool, loungers, parasols, outdoor kitchen, barbecue area and a private garden.

The villa is equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, double bedroom with en-suite shower, WC, twin bedroom and a third bedroom, living/dining area, satellite TV, DVD player, kitchen, washing machine, microwave and an outdoor terrace.

The complex is located along a quiet residential street approx 200 metres from the resort centre. In the centre there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The beach is approx 800 metres away with loungers and parasols available to hire. Menorca Airport is approx 56 km from the resort of Cala'n Bosch.
