Villa Mara has sea views from its pretty front garden and a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 metres) in the back garden, surrounded by a sun terrace, loungers, lawns and a hedge offering privacy. There is also a shaded outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue.

There are 3 bedrooms at the Villa Mara, including an upstairs double bedroom with an en-suite, opening onto a terrace with sea views and, 2 twin bedrooms downstairs.

The open plan lounge diner has a satellite TV and DVD player with patio doors to the pool area. The dining area is open to the fitted kitchen which has a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and washing machine.

The villa has air conditioning and offers a sunny and welcoming interior with tiled floors and warm coloured soft furnishings.

Villa Mara is located in the quieter area of Cap d'Artuix in Cala'n Bosch. There are bars and restaurants and a supermarket just 300 metres away with the main resort centre and the beach approx 1km away. Cala'n Bosch is approx 56km from Mahon Airport
