Villa Mares

Villa Mares has a spacious rear sun terrace with a large private swimming pool (10 x 5 metres), surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a shaded, furnished dining area, with patio doors leading into the property and, a built-in barbecue and summer kitchen.

There are 4 bedrooms at the Villa Mares (2 doubles with en-suite and 2 twins) and the master bedroom also has a sun terrace with lovely sea view. There is also a shower room and, a large open plan, L-shaped lounge, diner and kitchen with warm, wood furniture and beamed ceilings. The lounge area has a satellite TV and a DVD player, and the fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Villa Mares is just 50 metres from the nearest supermarket and 100 metres from the bars and restaurants in the resort centre. The beach is also just 800 metres away. Cala'n Forcat is approx 56km from Mahon Airport
