Villa Penney is a detached villa surrounded by a hedge with a private swimming pool (7 x 4 metres) edged with a sun patio, loungers and a few pine trees offering a little welcome shade. There is also a furnished dining area and a barbecue.

Guests of Villa Penney can also use the facilities and entertainments at the nearby Hotel Sagitario.

There are 3 bedrooms at the Villa Penney (1 double and 2 twin), 2 bathrooms and a safety deposit box. The open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen opens out onto the pool area and is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player, a fridge, microwave and washing machine.

This traditional Menorcan style villa has a yellow painted exterior with white shutters and a light and sunny interior with tiled floors.

Villa Penny is conveniently located just 300 metres from the supermarket, bars and restaurants of Cala Blanca and only 400 metres from its beach. Cala Blanca is approx 50km from Mahon Airport
