There are 4 twin bedrooms at the Villa La Roca, one of which opens onto a first floor sun terrace and, 2 bathrooms. The welcoming lounge-diner has a wood-burner, a television and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and washing machine.

The villa offers traditional styling, warm coloured tiled floors, pine furniture and cheerful soft furnishings.

Located on a hillside, above the resort of Son Bou, Villa La Roca, is situated on an established residential estate and offers a secluded environment. The nearest bars and supermarket is approx 1km away and the main resort centre and the beach is approx 2km away. Son Bou is approx 21km from Mahon Airport
