Villa Maribel is set in an enclosed lawned garden with a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 metres) surrounded by a sun bathing patio, furnished with loungers, a dining set and a barbecue. From the patio, steps lead up to a covered terrace with patio doors into the property.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms (1 double en-suite and 3 twin bedrooms), a bathroom with shower; a lounge-diner with a fireplace, satellite TV and a DVD player and, a fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, kettle and toaster and, a washing machine.

The villa offers comfortable and spacious accommodation and is styled with a blend of modern and traditional furnishings, white walls, tiled floors and, high sloping beamed ceilings.

Villa Maribel is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with views to the sea and is approx 600m from the supermarket, bars and restaurants in the resort centre and, approx 1km from the beach. Binibeca is approx 12km from Menorca Airport
